[00:00:50] Good morning, good morning, good morning. I hope everybody's feeling blessed on this beautiful Friday morning as promised. This is part two. What we talked about on Tuesday, we were in the book of Ephesians and we were discussing the breakdown of Ephesians chapter 1, 2, 3, and we read over to 4.

[00:01:26] We stopped in the middle of chapter 2 to see what the commentary said and I gave my thoughts about it. So this is part 2 of the breakdown. Guys, I'm trying to keep it at 30 minutes so we go a little bit longer over on the YouTube

[00:02:28] And it goes on the tell me, um, in Christ God has adopted us as sons and daughters as I just said for himself for a specific purpose. Once you have been adopted by faith and Christ, you are defined by your father.

[00:02:49] And there was one thing that I was reading last night and I'm going to get ahead of myself here because I loved it. I loved it. It made so much sense to me.

[00:02:59] Let me go back and read you the intro to Ephesians, Ephesians is a dress to a group of believers who are rich beyond measure in Jesus Christ yet living as beckers and only because they are ignorant of their wealth.

[00:03:19] All begins by describing in chapters 1 through 3, the contents of the Christians heavily bank account. And he does this by telling us how we were adopted, acceptance, redeemed forgiveness, wisdom and inheritance and sealed with the Holy Spirit.

[00:03:45] But as he goes on and I may not get to it today, as he goes on last night, he said we need to look at it like this. God's grace and mercy that is really given to us every single day. It's by grace that we are predestined.

[00:04:06] It's by grace that we are redeemed. He said, look at that grace as a deposit into your heavily bank account and in order to make a withdrawal it's by faith. Think about that for a minute.

[00:04:27] In it will make so much sense to you and you will be able to stand on your faith knowing that you know that you know that you know. If it's by grace that God brings his breath into your body every single day, if it's

[00:04:46] by grace that he allows you to get up and go to that job, if it's by grace that you have a voice to talk ears to hear. I like to see every work in Liam everything that he does in our lives is for a purpose

[00:05:01] is grace and measurable grace. He's already deposited that we just established that he had predestined us before the foundation of this world. So if he deposit grace and I don't like how to do his have faith to make a withdrawal,

[00:05:24] then I'm going to be counting up my faith and that may not be the right way to say it, but I'm going to be stored up that faith and I'm going to stop looking at the things that

[00:05:34] I see around me because that is Satan's job for us to look at the things that we see around us. None of us is exempt. I go through my trials and tribulations too, but one thing I'm glad that God deposited

[00:05:48] in me this year is the fact that I'm obedient. I'm getting stronger in the obedience. I'm getting stronger in my faith. I'm learning to trust God more because when you run around in this world and you know

[00:06:08] of God and we all know of God but you're not walking with God, when you start to walk with God is different than just knowing of the name God or Jesus Christ or Lord

[00:06:23] or your over a Yahweh or whatever your preference is but when you start to walk with Him and when He comes along and give you that increase which is your helper, the Holy Spirit.

[00:06:36] Then you can ask the Holy Spirit to come on again and give you an increase, an increase of knowledge. What is knowledge? The wisdom and understanding where did you wisdom and understanding from wisdom, understanding is the knowledge of God, Himself.

[00:06:51] Getting that wisdom and understanding at least to that grace and that grace and faith and trials and endurance and test builds up that faith. Now on the beginning we all hear about, you know, to have faith as small as a must-to-see,

[00:07:09] we hear about now by faith is the, I got it in my head now by faith is the substance of things hoped for but the evidence of things not seen. He goes on to tell us

[00:07:27] in another passage that is impossible to please God but by faith but He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him so now. Thank you Holy Spirit, this one a whole different way than I had jotted it down.

[00:07:44] But faith, if you look at it as you already got that deposit in your bank account, you can say things like that mountain whatever is in front of you, that bill, that child you stayed up and worried about all night or you pray that he,

[00:08:06] he or she develop a personal relationship with God, that home, that car that you and need of. You've already got the deposit because it's grace. God already know what we're in need of. Now you gotta stand on your faith.

[00:08:25] Then faith does not look the same for all of us because we sometimes can be double-minded people. When we don't think that God has come the way that we think He should have come.

[00:08:38] Oh God, you knew that my light bill was due on Monday. What kind of works did you put in to get that light bill paid on Monday? Did you do all that you could do like He told us to do?

[00:08:53] And then did you stand? Because you already knew what you needed but you just stand on your faith. Did you know that you had bad credit but you needed a car or you needed a place to stand?

[00:09:07] Did you stand on your faith? And did you realize that that grace and that love that God has for us as people is a deposit into us. It went on to tell me last night like I said, I'm getting ahead of myself.

[00:09:25] He turned away when it sealed by the Holy Spirit. We just read that in the beginning. He said, everything that God is given us in our heavenly bank account. We were adopted. We was predestined through Christ Jesus by God. We was accepted. We was redeemed. We was forgiven

[00:09:49] of our sins. He's given us wisdom. He's given us inheritance. And then it said, the seal of the Holy Spirit. That seal is God's promise to us as we woke and grow. He said, strive. As we grow with him,

[00:10:05] as we get to know Him, as we love Him just for who He is. That seal of the Holy Spirit. Eternal life who does not want to have eternal life. And as I went on in my notes like I said,

[00:10:22] I am getting a little bit ahead of myself. But as I went on in my notes, He tells us that that is a commitment. The Holy Spirit, the Trinity, the Father, the Son,

[00:10:41] the Holy Spirit. Power points out that that's God's pledge to us. It's like a down payment for eternal life, a commitment. And that's what He's informing the Ephesians here of.

[00:10:59] To never, and as way he tells him, I never stopped. I never ceased to stop praying for you guys. And that's what we should be doing as the people. We should never cease to stop praying for one another.

[00:11:11] And you may not be able to give it to someone monetarily, but given someone a world, a word from God, is just good because you're still helping. You're doing what your father said, you're extending that grace. And we are to be examples of our Heavenly Father.

[00:11:33] Do the things that we see. I Heavenly Father do not the things that we see the world do. And I think that's why He deposted that in me this month. This month it was

[00:11:45] and be not conformed to the world, but be transformed with the renewing of our mind. So that we can prove what is perfect and acceptable. We all of God. And I left some stuff out there.

[00:12:01] I'm here in Fraser for all my Bible scholars. But then last month, He said to me, to study to show myself a proof that I work, but need not be ashamed, but rightly devised the

[00:12:17] word of truth. So as He depostes these things in us, not just our Heavenly Bank account of grace, but that's the most important. He's just positive His His Spirit in us. He wants us to be

[00:12:34] little mini Jesus. That's the best way I can sum it up. Walk like Him, talk like Him. What does that mean? We got to kill off that flesh as I also got in my world last night. Paul pointed out three things

[00:12:49] in chapter two. He talked about a coffin and the locks on the coffin. The things that keep us bound. And He said one, the world, He said two, Satan, the points of the air. And He said three,

[00:13:05] our flesh. So as we tie all this in together with now we know grace is deposited into our bank account. You tell your angels when you are need. Stand on God's word, first. You got to deposit His word in

[00:13:20] you. You got to get to know you have to have a personal relationship with Him. You can't go all for your grandma's marriage, your sister's marriage. You got to have that relationship with Him.

[00:13:32] And how do you get that relationship by getting into His word? And nobody said that you were going to die every eye and cross every tea. But when you start to develop a relationship with Him,

[00:13:44] He said in His word if you drive not to me, he'll drive not to you. How are you going to draw not to you? You're going to get on His word. He's going to teach you how to pray what to say. You're going

[00:13:56] to know you're going to begin to develop that the Holy Spirit, your soul because God is deep down on the inside of us. So you're going to know how to play. He's going to come along pray.

[00:14:09] He's going to come along and give you that increase which is the Holy Spirit. He told us He's an ever president, helper. That's what Jesus told His disciples. When He left He breathed on them and

[00:14:21] saying, John and said, now receive the Holy Spirit. They didn't receive it in that instance. It wasn't until they were in Acts in the upper room. All alone want a court praying that those tongues came into the room and divided and settled on each one of them individually.

[00:14:45] They received their heavenly gift that boldness, that power to go out and that's what you got to believe. And I think for me and I could just say for me, I was walking around in this world,

[00:14:58] serving God in the beginning of my life. Thinking of a servant God, but I wouldn't really serve in God, because I was serving God with the faith of gifting me. The gift was already there by him giving

[00:15:13] me grace and mercy every day waking me up. Allow him to go to that job. Allow him to get up off of that table after our head, babies, multiple surgeries, allowing me to be just how he knew I was going

[00:15:29] to be in my room. But when we sometimes pray and sometimes we can hear some of our leaders, say the blessings of God. Well, first of all, we got to be established in the blessing of God is the

[00:15:42] grace and not look at God for things. Cars, houses, homes, he'll give all that stuff to you. He know what you're in need of. He did say in his word however that the poor will always be among us,

[00:15:55] but he said that the poor is blessed. If you go back and read in the Matthew, he talks about the be attitudes. Your attitude makes up 90% of your relationship with God. So you can't go at this thing

[00:16:15] and always be in need, because God knows your need. He wants you to be in love with him. And Paul told us that in the beginning of Ephesians. He said in Ephesians chapter 1 verse 4,

[00:16:28] just as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world that we should be holy and without blame before him in love. It's a heart thing, man. It's a heart. God, you can say what you want to say

[00:16:46] out of your mouth. I can say what I want to say out of my mouth. And if you're fine with the person people with your show and your good, good, tough game and you know all the scripture,

[00:16:57] I rather not know an ounce of scripture, but have the love in my heart for Jesus. And I know that sound crazy, but I know that if I'm in love with God, he can come along and give me the word.

[00:17:15] He's going to correct me through his word, through the reading of his word. He's going to tell me where I need to be and he's going to show me how to get there. And sometimes we got a

[00:17:31] when we're talking to people, we live in a mixed up box. Was it for us to go up, say the, you know, life is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going to get. Where you're going to run

[00:17:42] into all kinds of people when you are in love with God and you're spreading the gospel. Sometimes you're at the top to this one this way. You might have to talk to that one that way, but all in all

[00:17:53] is for the glory of God. So that's why we all little ministers, little gifts from God because we believe him on his word and he won't just go out and spread the good news. He had a purpose for

[00:18:08] everything that he did. Paul told the Ephesians that and we should know that he had a purpose for everything that he did and being as Gentiles, we were a deducted through the love of Jesus Christ.

[00:18:24] The Jews had the old love, circumcision, Paul goes on the tell us enrollment, circumcise their uncircumcise. He tells us enrollment. It's not about being circumcised, cutting away the flesh, the uncutting of the flesh as the Gentiles and the law.

[00:18:44] He says, but it is life separate from the flesh unto God, to uphold God. Everything working together for God's good. That's what he wanted. He went on to tell us enrollments as I was studying in

[00:19:05] that this morning. I was up to wee hours of the night and Ephesians then. I went into Bible study and got into Romans this morning with my auntie. When we started talking about

[00:19:15] us judging people, and I know we've all said, oh well you know the Bible says judge, we can judge if we judge right just like, but you gotta be walking much of talk and you can't just be

[00:19:31] talking about scripture and not walking much of talking. And the enrollments he tells us do not judge or you need be judged just else. That's what he says and he also tells us the most

[00:19:44] important thing of all. The God is not a respect or a person's. You can't work for a blessing, you can't work to get in heaven. He said, you can't work to get those things from God because God

[00:19:59] always already gave us his grace but when you start working for God and doing it with an open heart and not looking to receive anything back. God has started pouring into your little bit more

[00:20:14] because he loved that. He takes pleasure in our redemption. He redeemed us from our sins, by sitting in his son before the slaves and the old times they had to be redeemed through somebody panoprize or you know the once a year they went and made the offerings and

[00:20:35] sacrificial orphans and grain orphans in the priest. He had to be right before he could go up to God, go unto God in the tabernacle of the meeting place to ask for the forgiveness of you said,

[00:20:48] he had to be right. He had to be right but when God died on that cross when Jesus died on that cross for us the blood was the wages for our sins. And I don't know about you guys, I am glad about it

[00:21:04] today. Then immeasurable greatness and the power that God has showed upon us when he placed his son seated him on the right side of his father and seated us with him. And if I can't give you anything

[00:21:24] else today because I'm a no girl, I got notes everywhere but I'm a firm believer. I can take all the notes that I want and it could be something for God what me to raking

[00:21:37] in but when I get on here it may not come out that way but I think the point today is you got a heavenly bank account which is grace that God bestowed upon us is grace.

[00:21:52] Nobody can measure that we can't measure that we can't outdo God and as we if we look at it like we do if we had a couple thousand books and I'm in our bank account think about God's grace

[00:22:07] that is our heavenly deposit into our bank account then turn around and think about where you're at in your faith walk because we can go to church. We can listen to the ministers to bishop to evangelists

[00:22:22] we can listen to each other, we can fellowship with each other but we could still at some point in our life feel a little bit low and we'll say God where are you I'm going to church every Sunday

[00:22:34] I'm praying three times a day I'm fasting I'm doing all this you know that's great but it is still a heart thing it's still a heart thing and he wants to be able to use all of us

[00:22:48] he has a purpose for all of us. Paul tells them that in Ephesians this whale that God has a purpose for all of us he he created he predestiners for his pleasure but he also has a purpose for

[00:23:02] all of us. One body one God let's see it everybody is to be one we're so busy into our sales we look at each other and we look at our skin tones we look at you know harbina woman or him being

[00:23:16] a man a God created all of us to be up right holdies and blameless he said he said blameless holy and blameless for one purpose and that's all for us to come together under the body

[00:23:33] of Christ and that is what the church is all about so when you start to think about your faith well think about that the positive grace every time you wake up in the morning I've said this

[00:23:46] before for those of you on here that've heard it before my aunt gave me a gave it to me about two years ago and she said to me she said don't be in a hairy for anything and our bobble tells us in

[00:24:02] Philippians 4c6 be careful for nothing some bobbles read be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer suffocation and thanks given but make your request known to God so he don't want us to be

[00:24:18] anxious for anything so she told me she said when you wake up when you realize that you can hear what's going on in your house whether you open your eyes or not she said lay there and lay steel lay steel

[00:24:35] and start to praise him for another day because this is grace in his mercy that woke you up you don't need to be in a hairy to slap that long clock off and jump up and just get to it lay

[00:24:49] steel and give God some praise and Paul tells us that in Ephesians he tells us that in the beginning when he said to all the saints who were in Ephesians and faithful in Christ Jesus

[00:25:03] grace to you in peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ bless be the God and our Father of the Lord Jesus Christ Paul was telling us then we need to praise God God Delights in our

[00:25:21] praises and there is nowhere that you need to be in such a hairy that you can't take that time to thank God for breathing his breath in your body when you do that it makes a difference in your

[00:25:35] day whether you're running late or not got to give you that job he gave you that job he gave you the feet to walk to do that job he gave you that car he gave you that house give something back to him

[00:25:50] when you open up your eyes and I started doing that about two years ago because sometimes we do have busy schedules and if there is nothing else I know I did I laid steel and I said thank you

[00:26:03] Lord because you could get that phone call that you may not be able to go into your sweet secret dwell in place and say that prayer and worship to God like you normally do things happen in life

[00:26:15] but if you lay there in that bed and you thank him for his grace which is what your heavenly bank account he's already invested in you he already did not read destiny before the foundation of the world

[00:26:31] then that faith starts to grow and as you get in this world he'll come along and give your increase sometimes I can read a whole chapter and don't remember nothing I've read it but one thing

[00:26:44] that's what he probably wanted me to know I know that's probably what he wanted me to get out of that whole chapter I probably wouldn't remember but one thing and the next time I go back and

[00:26:56] read it maybe some months later as sweet later he'll give me a little bit more but we all get the victory and knowing that we spend time with our Heavenly Father he'll develop our character

[00:27:13] here to develop our boat and it's who give us the glory and all the things that we do so today this didn't go exactly as I thought it would I thought I was going to be breaking

[00:27:25] down chapter just one two and three but you see when the Holy Spirit comes along he has other plans for us to do other things let me make sure I didn't miss anything because I got as you guys

[00:27:41] see I kind of bunch of notes and there for me there for me and to go along with Bible study and if I can impress upon anyone that made listen to help you we're to help each other with our

[00:27:56] faith walk we are to help each other we're supposed to humble ourselves and don't be dismayed in someone correcting you and God deposit that in me too you know in reading his word

[00:28:11] he did say rightly divide the word a truth you don't know what you're talking about don't talk about it that's what he told me don't talk about it but study to show that's that for proof

[00:28:20] but if he plays to something in your heart and sometimes he'll do that if we're out at the grocery store or something of that nature and you may have a casual conversation with someone standing the

[00:28:32] line he might give you a word for that person but he's only going to give you that word if he's spending time with because he got to know that he can trust you he won't be able to

[00:28:45] trust you we all know that we can trust him but he won't know if he can trust us and he'll get you there he'll come along and he'll give that increase so I hope I gave you guys something to meditate

[00:29:01] on this afternoon as we finish out Ephesians on tomorrow we'll do chapters four and five and then hopefully we'll get to chapter six on Friday and I said tomorrow I'm hoping

[00:29:20] that I get here tomorrow it's just depends on what you know how things go I told you guys continue to pray my strength you know things happen in life and we do we go through things

[00:29:37] our loved ones go through things and we have to remember that God is always sobrcly in control and as I continue to pray you guys continue to pray for me and sometimes

[00:29:55] it'll go exactly the way God wanted to go you said my ways are not your ways the thoughts I have for you are far above anything that you can possibly ever imagine anything you think for yourself

[00:30:10] think it double time but don't forget today what we love today is we do have a heavily bank account it is sealed with the Holy Spirit and that is God's guarantee as long as we walk with

[00:30:26] him talk away put away the things of the world conform your mind, retransform your mind, transform your mind by the renewing of his word, it's been a little time with him so that you can

[00:30:43] access that heavily bank account, that's gifted to all of us, that's gifted to all of us God is not like us he is not an Indian giver if he gives something to you he'll take it away

[00:31:03] I said that when I came back to Christ that I lost my heavily language so I felt and when I came back this time around I kept trying to pray it in but he came along and he gave it

[00:31:19] back to me in his time and he reminded me I don't give gifts and take him away you walked away from me I didn't walk away from you I'm right where you left me someone we're crying out and we're saying

[00:31:35] God where you went he right where you left him and this is a hard thing it's about the heart it's not about what you can get from God because he's already given you the best thing

[00:31:49] in the world eternal life but he will come along and he will bless your soul if you get to know him spend a little time in his world peace and blessings to you all until next time
