[00:01:25] has decided to bless us and on this very, very day he woke us up.

[00:01:31] Won't you rejoice and be glad in it with me on this morning.

[00:01:38] Gosh, I'm just so thankful for so much on this day that he has made for us.

[00:01:46] You know, sometimes we don't slow down enough to tell God thank you for all that he's

[00:01:54] done, all that he will do.

[00:01:57] So if you haven't had a minute to thank him for all he's doing in your life today,

[00:02:07] go ahead and give him some praise right where you're at, right where you're sitting,

[00:02:13] right where you stand in possibly even still laying in your bed, enjoying this beautiful,

[00:02:22] We just came out for having a father.

[00:02:25] We just give you thanks this morning.

[00:02:28] We come humbly but boldly to the throne of grace cast in all our cares upon you today.

[00:02:36] Emily, Father, we know that you're able to do all things for the God and we just

[00:02:42] lift you up this morning.

[00:02:44] We just bless your name right now Jesus for all that you've done for us.

[00:02:50] Emily, Father, we thank you for breathing your breath into our bodies on this day.

[00:02:57] Emily, Father, we thank you for our family and our friends.

[00:03:01] Emily, Father, we just thank you for letting no weapons form against us, prosper on this

[00:03:07] day, Father God.

[00:03:09] Emily, Father, as we go about our day to day, Father God, bring us out of the dark,

[00:03:14] in the light of Heavenly Father.

[00:03:17] We know that your grace and mercy is sufficient every single day of our lives, Father

[00:03:22] God.

[00:03:23] And we just trust you today, Father God.

[00:03:25] Let your wheel be done and our lives today.

[00:03:42] Coming off of this fabulous, fabulous, holiday week in I know I truly truly enjoyed my

[00:03:53] mother's day.

[00:03:55] My mother's day started on Friday.

[00:03:57] I did an plan for it to start on Friday.

[00:04:01] Actually, I started on Thursday with just people sending me stuff and happy about

[00:04:10] me those big beautiful flowers that you see behind me.

[00:04:13] And you know, it just kept going and going.

[00:04:17] Lots of surprises, family members that I hadn't seen in a few years.

[00:04:24] I got to see my baby brother, which is my name is.

[00:04:30] I love it.

[00:04:31] I love it.

[00:04:32] He came into town.

[00:04:33] Didn't let anybody know that he was coming into town.

[00:04:36] It was just wonderful.

[00:04:38] It was fabulous.

[00:04:40] So I hope you guys enjoyed your mother's day.

[00:04:47] I think the highlight of my mother's day was the fact they had when I went to church

[00:04:54] on yesterday.

[00:04:56] Our first lady spoke yesterday and as she began to speak, she has all the women to come

[00:05:06] down to the front of the altar and she's worship.

[00:05:11] Just worship and be thankful for our children.

[00:05:14] Thank you for the things that God has done in our life.

[00:05:18] And that thing was so powerful.

[00:05:21] It just blew the roof off the church.

[00:05:25] Just the women down front, just fellowship and praying for our children.

[00:05:31] Pray in for the nation.

[00:05:32] And you know, it hit the back of the room.

[00:05:35] So I am told, obviously, you know, everything that we had gone on there and they are just

[00:05:40] lit up the place.

[00:05:42] I'm so thankful and grateful for that.

[00:05:44] I'm thankful and grateful for my first lady and my bishop.

[00:05:48] And I'm thankful and grateful for all the other leaders in ministry that can have poor

[00:05:54] into me because we need someone to pour into us.

[00:05:58] We don't give them enough credit in this day and time that we live in.

[00:06:05] We got so much going on, so much to continue with.

[00:06:08] So many new things that's coming our way and society.

[00:06:13] You know, Satan's got more devils out there playing with our children.

[00:06:17] And mind and trying to take control of the things that go on in their life.

[00:06:23] And we just gotta plead the blood.

[00:06:25] I remember that you guys are that last year.

[00:06:29] Continue to plead the blood over your lives wherever you're at.

[00:06:33] And you know, sometimes you just gotta stop and say Jesus, if there is nothing else

[00:06:37] that you can think of that he has etched across your heart, just stop and say Jesus.

[00:06:44] Just say glory, glory, glory.

[00:06:47] You know, I thought myself walking through the house sometimes just saying glory.

[00:06:52] Thank you, Jesus, for for nothing particular that I'm thanking him for.

[00:06:57] Maybe I'm just thanking him for being able to walk for one room to another.

[00:07:01] Maybe I'm just thanking him.

[00:07:03] Why I'm washing dishes because I gotta plate in my hand that I can wash.

[00:07:08] I gotta roof over my head.

[00:07:10] I got shoes on my feet, clothes on my back.

[00:07:14] My electric and my water is running.

[00:07:17] You know, I gotta job.

[00:07:19] My husband has a job.

[00:07:20] My children are surrounded with God's favor.

[00:07:24] His grace and his mercy.

[00:07:26] Whatever you got going on in your life.

[00:07:32] Just thank him.

[00:07:33] Thank him for who he is.

[00:07:35] Thank him for what he's doing.

[00:07:37] And we may not necessarily understand his wheel for our lives, but we have to just go with it.

[00:07:44] We got a trust of, we got a trust of I found a song in my heart on yesterday.

[00:07:51] Oh, gosh, coming home from all our festivities.

[00:07:54] I mean, my whole entire family got together and guys, we have a huge family.

[00:07:59] Like some of them came in from out of town and didn't let us know that they were coming

[00:08:04] in.

[00:08:05] And we all got together after church and on our way home, you know, I, you know, had

[00:08:11] me just looked over at me and he was just smiling from ear to ear and he said, you know,

[00:08:16] did you have a good?

[00:08:17] Thanks.

[00:08:18] I mean, good mother's in.

[00:08:19] I said, yeah, I had a great mother's day.

[00:08:22] And I said the young kids, the, not call them young anybody under 50, I said the young

[00:08:29] people were playing some songs at the, uh, get together that we had.

[00:08:34] We had to cook out slash mother's day, slash graduation party for my niece by niece,

[00:08:42] graduated from college.

[00:08:44] So congratulations to you, to Kina.

[00:08:48] She's moving on to another university to continue her study.

[00:08:52] So grace be with you blessings be with you on that.

[00:08:57] But I found this song in my heart.

[00:09:00] Tye tributes only for one night though.

[00:09:04] And I'm a music lover.

[00:09:06] I consider myself a kind of sewer of music.

[00:09:10] I love all kinds of music since I turned my life over.

[00:09:15] It's been strictly gospel, though.

[00:09:17] And the new gospel, some of it.

[00:09:18] I can get with some of it.

[00:09:20] I can't.

[00:09:21] Uh, but this song, it was just in my brain and my heart.

[00:09:26] And then I started to listen to the lyrics.

[00:09:29] And he said, you know, just like the words in the Bible say, we've been made in

[00:09:33] door for the night, but only one night though.

[00:09:37] He said, then he said, if our cry, I'm going cry for only one night though.

[00:09:42] If our fret, I'm a fret only one night though.

[00:09:46] And if I'm a weary, I'm a weary.

[00:09:47] But I'm only going to do it for one night though.

[00:09:50] And it had a catchy beat, a catchy, I want to say hip hop, rock beat.

[00:09:55] And I found myself just not into it.

[00:09:58] And I said, thank you, Lord, for the young people.

[00:10:01] Thank you, Lord, that, you know, I had a lot of rap and hip hop that I like to listen

[00:10:07] to before I gave my life over the cries.

[00:10:11] And I think God for the ginguses, the new minds,

[00:10:15] the new miracle, uh, musical lyricists out there that can come up with some stuff.

[00:10:23] They can come up with some music.

[00:10:25] They can come up with some words.

[00:10:28] And I still get to get my Bob all.

[00:10:31] You know, I still get to try it through life in joying music, music that I love and

[00:10:39] still honor and God.

[00:10:41] And it got me to focus on, you know, we do have certain areas in our lives that, you

[00:10:50] know, sometimes it doesn't look like it's fruitful.

[00:10:56] It doesn't look like what God had told us that it would be fruitful multiple.

[00:11:02] Sometimes we got to pray a little extra and plead the blood over our children, over

[00:11:07] our loved ones, over our nation, over our nation's leaders.

[00:11:11] And it got me to think about there are some great wonderful things that we got going

[00:11:17] on in our world and the Christian community.

[00:11:20] And I just loved love, loved love, just seeing everybody just fellowship, the music

[00:11:26] that God introduced me to on yesterday.

[00:11:30] And it was a song in my heart.

[00:11:32] So I love that.

[00:11:33] I love that.

[00:11:34] But let's move on because you guys know,

[00:11:36] I can chat all day.

[00:11:39] Let's go ahead and move on to we're going to re-chapter 16.

[00:11:45] And then we go over it for a little bit.

[00:11:48] Someone should join me in the reading of the word.

[00:11:55] God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, let him move you today.

[00:11:59] Come on in the room.

[00:12:01] Holy Spirit rest a while.

[00:12:04] Give us some insight on this glorious day.

[00:12:08] Give us some insight.

[00:12:10] So, Saint John chapter 16 verse 1 goes a little bit like this.

[00:12:15] These things I have spoken to you that you should not be made to stumble.

[00:12:22] They will put you out of the synagogans.

[00:12:25] Yes, the time is coming that whoever kills you will think that he offers God a service.

[00:12:33] And these things they will do to you because they have not known the Father, nor me.

[00:12:40] But these things I have told you that when the time comes,

[00:12:46] you may remember that I told you of them.

[00:12:50] And these things I do not say to you at the beginning because I was with you.

[00:12:57] And now I go away to him who sent me.

[00:13:00] And then you ask me, where are you going?

[00:13:05] But because I have said these things to you, sorrow filled your heart.

[00:13:11] Nevertheless, I tell you the truth.

[00:13:14] It is to your own advantage that I go away for if I do not go away, the helper will not

[00:13:20] come to help you.

[00:13:22] But if I depart, I will send him to you.

[00:13:26] And when he has come, he will convict the world of sin and of righteousness and of judgment.

[00:13:34] And if sin because they do not believe in me, of righteousness,

[00:13:39] because I go to my Father and you see me no more of judgment because the rule of the world is judged.

[00:13:47] I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now.

[00:13:53] However, when he, the spirit of truth has come, he will guide you unto all truth.

[00:14:00] But he will not speak on his own authority.

[00:14:04] But whatever he hears, he will speak and he will tell you things to come.

[00:14:11] He will glory for me, for he will take of what is mine and declare it to you.

[00:14:18] All things that the Father has are mine.

[00:14:21] Therefore, I say that he will take of mine and declare it to you.

[00:14:27] A little while and you will not see me again.

[00:14:31] A little while and you will see me because I go to the Father.

[00:14:37] Then some of the disciples say it among themselves, what is this that he says to us?

[00:14:42] A little while and you will not see me.

[00:14:45] And again, a little while, you will see me.

[00:14:49] And because I go to my Father, they say it there for what is this that he says?

[00:14:56] A little while.

[00:14:58] We do not know what he is saying.

[00:15:01] Now Jesus knew that they were just desired to ask him and he said to them, are you

[00:15:08] inquiring among yourself about what I say it?

[00:15:13] A little while and you will not see me.

[00:15:16] And again, a little while, you will see me.

[00:15:19] Most surely I say to you that you will weak and lamb it.

[00:15:25] But the world will rejoice and you will be sorrowful but your sorrow will be turned into

[00:15:30] joy.

[00:15:31] A woman when she is in labor has sorrowed because her hour has come.

[00:15:38] But as soon as she has given birth to the child, she no longer remembers the anguish for

[00:15:45] the joy that a human being has been brought into the world.

[00:15:49] Therefore you now have sorrow but I will see you again and your heart will rejoice

[00:15:56] and your joy no more no one will take from you.

[00:16:02] And in that day, you will ask me nothing.

[00:16:05] Most surely I say to you whatever you ask in the Father, my name he will give you.

[00:16:13] Whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you.

[00:16:18] Until now you have asked nothing in my name.

[00:16:21] Ask and you will receive that your joy may be full.

[00:16:26] These things I have spoken to you in figurative language but the time is coming when I

[00:16:33] will no longer speak to you in figurative language but I will tell you plainly about the

[00:16:38] Father.

[00:16:39] In that day, you will ask in my name and I do not say to you that I shall pray the

[00:16:47] Father for you for the Father Himself loves you because you have loved me and have

[00:16:53] believed that I came forth from God.

[00:16:57] I came forth from the Father and I have come into the world again.

[00:17:03] I leave the world and go to the Father.

[00:17:06] His disciples said to him, see now you are speaking plainly and using no figure of speech.

[00:17:15] Now we assure that you know all things and have no need that anyone should question

[00:17:22] you.

[00:17:23] By this we believe that you came forth from God.

[00:17:29] Jesus answered them, do you now believe?

[00:17:34] Indeed the hours coming yes has now come that you will be scattered each to his own

[00:17:43] and will leave me alone.

[00:17:45] And yet I am not alone because the Father is with me.

[00:17:50] These things I have spoken to you that in me you may have peace in the world.

[00:17:59] You have tribulations but be of good cheer.

[00:18:03] I have overcome the war.

[00:18:07] Saint John chapter 17 Jesus spoke these words lifted up his eyes to heaven and stay at

[00:18:15] Father.

[00:18:16] The hour has come glorify your son that your son also may be glorify, may glorify

[00:18:23] you as you have given him authority over all flesh that he should give eternal life

[00:18:30] to his many as have as you have given him.

[00:18:35] And this is eternal life that they may know you the only true God in Jesus Christ whom

[00:18:42] you have sent.

[00:18:44] I have glorified you on the earth.

[00:18:47] I have finished the works which you have given me to do and now oh Father.

[00:18:53] Glory for me together with yourself, with the glory which I had with you before the world

[00:19:00] was.

[00:19:01] I have manifested your name to the man whom you have given me out of the world.

[00:19:08] They were yours, you gave them to me and they have kept your word.

[00:19:13] And they have known that all the things which you have given me are from you for I have

[00:19:20] given to them the words which you have given me and they have received them and have

[00:19:26] known surely that I came for from you and they have believed that you sent me.

[00:19:35] I pray for them, I do not pray for the world but for those whom you have given me

[00:19:42] or they have for they are yours and all mine are yours and yours are mine and I am

[00:19:51] glorified in them.

[00:19:53] Now I am no longer in the world but these things are in the world and I come to you Holy

[00:20:01] Father.

[00:20:03] Can't keep through your name those whom you have given me that they may be one as we

[00:20:11] are.

[00:20:13] Now I will with them in the world I kept them in your name those whom you gave me

[00:20:22] I have kept and none of them is lost except the son of prediction that the scripture

[00:20:31] might be fulfilled.

[00:20:33] But now I come to you and these things I speak in the world that they may have my joy

[00:20:41] for field in themselves.

[00:20:44] I have given them your word and the world has hated them because they are not of the

[00:20:50] world just because they are not of the world just as I am not of the world.

[00:20:57] I do not pray that you should take them out of the world but that you should keep them

[00:21:04] from the evil one.

[00:21:06] They are not of the world just as I am not of the world.

[00:21:10] St. to Father them by your truth your word is truth you sent me into the world I have sent

[00:21:18] them into the world and for their sex I sanctify myself that they also may be sanctified

[00:21:27] by truth.

[00:21:28] I do not pray for these alone but also for those who will believe in me through your

[00:21:36] world that they all may be one as you Father are in me and I in you that they also may

[00:21:46] be one in us that the world may believe that you sent me and the glory which you gave

[00:21:54] me I have given them that they may be one just as we are one.

[00:22:02] I in them and you and me and that they may be made perfect in one and that the world may know

[00:22:11] that you sent me and you have loved them as you have loved me.

[00:22:19] Father I desire that they also whom you have given me may be with me where I am that they may

[00:22:28] be hold my glory which you have given me.

[00:22:32] For you loved me before the foundation of the world.

[00:22:36] All righteous Father the world has not known you but I've known you and these have known

[00:22:45] these have known that you sent me and I have declared to them your name and you would declare it

[00:22:53] that the love with which you loved me may be in them and I in them.

[00:23:04] You know when Jesus spoke these words then he went out to his disciples to broke

[00:23:18] and it was a garden in which he and his disciples entered. Now Judas was on his way to betray Jesus Christ

[00:23:36] and we'll get into that on Wednesday Saint John chapter 18 but as I was reading it I was

[00:23:45] reminded how Jesus walks with us every single day of our life and sometimes as people

[00:23:56] we need to be reminded of just that fact. We need to be reminded of how he speaks to us.

[00:24:05] You know he's talking to his disciples in chapter 16 and 17 and he's telling them about his

[00:24:18] time to come, he's telling them about you know the things that he said to them is because he wants

[00:24:27] them to know that his father is in him and he is in us and our season people would say

[00:24:45] all you gotta do is ask him to come on in. All you gotta do is ask him to meet you right where

[00:24:56] you're at in your life. How many of you can ask God to meet you right where you're at.

[00:25:07] A little bit of this, a little bit of that let him act his daily bread across the tables of your

[00:25:15] heart, the reading of the words so you can get to know him. The worship, the worship, being able

[00:25:25] to cry out to God not only when you need something out of life but when your heart desires to

[00:25:36] get to know Jesus Christ as you're Lord and your Savior for yourself, for yourself not just

[00:25:44] remembering on Easter that he died on the cross, that he carried the cross and they spat on them,

[00:25:53] knelt his hands and feet to the cross that they had the opportunity to save him but decided on the

[00:26:05] latter. They saw that they wanted him to be crucified but God decided he wanted to love us because

[00:26:20] he was in us. His father is in him. When you accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior

[00:26:34] everything will start and fall and play sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly you just never know.

[00:26:41] It's all about how much effort you put forth to get in the know you're having with father.

[00:26:48] If you put as much time into getting to know him as he knows you or as you go to work on that job

[00:26:57] or as you put that time into your children, make sure they're clean, fed, educated or perhaps

[00:27:03] your education. The time that you spend studying for that degree put that time in with the master

[00:27:15] with the almighty, with the great I am, with the hope. Put that time in with you, let him

[00:27:27] God and let him lead you. We'll get into the commentary, the little breakdown of chapter 17 and 16

[00:27:42] but I wanted to go on over real quick to chapter 8 John chapter 16 verse 14 and 15.

[00:27:56] And I want to break it down from the commentary and it's talking about the Holy Spirit and he

[00:28:05] says to them, the Holy Spirit is wrong. Well he's telling them but I'm telling you guys from

[00:28:14] the commentary what the role of the Holy Spirit is. I guess I should say. The Holy Spirit's role

[00:28:21] is to glorify the Son, receiving the Son's words and disclosing them to his followers. Once again

[00:28:30] we see the Trinity in action that the Son took revelation from the Father and would declare it

[00:28:39] to his disciples through the Holy Spirit. Those are Holy Spirit provided the apostles with

[00:28:45] perfect revelation in order that they might write scripture. This does not mean that they were

[00:28:53] excluded from his ministry. This text applies to us in two ways. First we are to be recipients

[00:29:04] of the scripture and its revelation that the apostles receive. Second the Holy Spirit provides us

[00:29:11] with a personal illumination and abling us to understand scripture and to see how to pause

[00:29:21] in details of our lives. The work of the Spirit in the life of the believer is called the

[00:29:31] unknowing. The time of Jesus' crucifixion was drawing near as we know we read that in chapter 16

[00:29:41] and 17 but my commentary goes on to explain that in a little while and we read that Jesus kept

[00:29:49] telling his disciples in a little while. I'll be gone in a little while you'll see me again and it

[00:29:57] goes on to talk about Jesus' crucifixion that it was drawn near and in a little while the disciples

[00:30:05] would no longer see him because he would be dead and buried but in another a little while they should

[00:30:13] see him again when he rose from the grave. However, the disciples weren't getting it. They said

[00:30:21] quietly to one another we don't know what he's talking about yet Jesus knew they were confused.

[00:30:29] They didn't hide anything from him and much as we do today he knows our private conversations he

[00:30:38] knows our thoughts all we got to do is cry out to him. Jesus foretold the great star of

[00:30:47] that would soon come from his crucifixion but he said that they should rejoice

[00:30:57] but he also foretold the grief that would turn into joy at his resurrection a wonderful

[00:31:08] experience he told us about and he did go into detail of explaining to us how we as women

[00:31:17] be our children and when we're going through that pain and anguish you know all we know is the pain

[00:31:24] and the anguish from it but once we bring that child into the world then it's the joy

[00:31:35] little face, the little fingers, the little feet and that's how I explained it to the disciples

[00:31:45] and as much as we need to know today in the world that we live in and I'm gonna stop right there

[00:31:53] for time so we'll pick this back up or want to borrow but I want to finish my thought as much as we do

[00:31:59] today you know we're sorrowful over a lot of things I know that I am but I'm grateful

[00:32:11] over a lot of things sometimes I get into conversations with my hubby and I'm a talkative person so

[00:32:23] when I'm quiet sometimes he may think that I'm sad or mad or disappointed about something that

[00:32:29] I've gone through that he knows about and sometimes he would be correct but in my mind

[00:32:38] I'm talking to God and when I get a free moment I'll go somewhere in my quiet place and I'll talk to him

[00:32:47] and sometimes I'll just worship and that brings the joy back from that thing,

[00:32:53] that disappointment, that sadness whatever's bothering me you guys I told you guys a week

[00:33:01] or so ago that I have been waiting in expectation for I was believing God for something for some years now

[00:33:09] and I'm still believing him for it but in that moment of last week in the week before

[00:33:16] I was sad I was hurt disappointed I was confused but as I started to take off my clothes from all of

[00:33:29] the events of yesterday and tied up you know how it is when you first go on a church you

[00:33:36] teared everything up as I was cleaning up God just reminded me that I was not where

[00:33:46] I was a week ago two weeks ago fighting my flesh he reminded me that he never left me although I was sad

[00:34:02] he also reminded me of the old testament and this was on last week he reminded me that

[00:34:12] Samuel mourned after the first Saul the king in the Old Testament because God said he would no

[00:34:21] longer be fit to be king because of him trying to perform a offering unto God that he was not supposed

[00:34:30] to do but as Samuel the prophet mourned for Saul God came to him after a few days and said

[00:34:44] how long will you mourn take up your cup let's go take up your cup and let's go and that's

[00:34:54] how I felt yesterday the day before yesterday the day before that I will sad I will sad

[00:35:07] sometimes we get sad and we don't even want to pray don't even want to thank God for it being his wheel

[00:35:18] that maybe that thing wasn't meant to unfold for you maybe he was protecting you from something

[00:35:28] or maybe it was just not right now or maybe you need to give him a little bit more trust

[00:35:38] trust in him faith in him so as I smile to myself as my heart was filled with joy after the

[00:35:45] three amazing days that I had that I didn't know that I was gonna have it wasn't because people knew

[00:35:53] that I was sad it was because being around family and friends and the only one that knew

[00:36:00] that my spirit was low was my husband but as I closed out my day yesterday God reminded me

[00:36:08] that I wasn't where I was and that's the walk people that's the walk you may be feeling low

[00:36:18] today and that thing might drag on for week maybe even two weeks I hope not two weeks but sometimes

[00:36:25] it can and the only way that it can is as you start letting Satan deposit

[00:36:31] doubt in the mind because God is not gonna deposit any doubt in our mind the Holy Spirit

[00:36:40] is not gonna deposit any doubt he's not in us for doubt he's in us for trust and faith to overflow

[00:36:59] God's word stand on his promises so when we start having doubt and negative things run through our mind

[00:37:07] even though the situation is not over we gotta remember we're gonna get over it as long as we keep

[00:37:16] our hand and God's hand and if you have deposits that his word on the inside of your

[00:37:24] parade and God into your word and you know him for yourself or yourself then he

[00:37:33] gonna move those mountains out of your way you gotta just keep trust them and we gotta be a

[00:37:38] reminder for each other on a daily basis we have got to be a reminder for each other

[00:37:47] lean on me sometimes you need someone to come along and remind you at at at don't you fall short

[00:37:59] today trusting stand on his word you said you believe you said that you turned your life over to him

[00:38:14] that you trust them that you have faith you have faith as small as a mustard seed whatever

[00:38:21] that problem is whatever you're going through you can say to the mountain move in and a move

[00:38:30] but you gotta have your hand and God's hand you gotta turn it all over to him but he gives us

[00:38:39] people he gives us love once hey he might even give us a stranger he might even give us a stranger

[00:38:49] to come along and give us a word he might even do it as something you're reading I know there's

[00:38:56] plenty of times out of the scroll through social media read my word as something just stuck out

[00:39:04] just for me just for me because he knows our thoughts he knows our thoughts and he told us

[00:39:14] anything that you ask in my name my father will do it for you he is the door he is the good

[00:39:23] shepherd he is the one that lay down his life for us lay down something for God's a day

[00:39:33] lay down something for your Heavenly Father today put something down and pick something up pick up some

[00:39:38] word pick up some word and keep picking it up every day a little turns into a lot

[00:39:50] a lot turns into faith that faith turns into that trust trust in God and you grow

[00:40:03] you grow you're not gonna be like some and I can raise my hands at that one

[00:40:12] Jesus told his disciples back in Matthew

[00:40:16] some receive it with joy but didn't lose it sometimes just like yesterday be a mother's day and I

[00:40:28] know the churches around the world was probably packed someone gave their life to Christ yesterday

[00:40:34] because they received the word with joy but you cannot stop there you cannot stop at receiving

[00:40:42] the word with joy you gotta continue to pray you gotta continue to get in your word you gotta

[00:40:48] continue to be under leadership that's gonna lead you like a shepherd should I father and

[00:40:56] heaven said I am the good shepherd but he left shepherd in place he entrusted shepherd to his sheep

[00:41:03] and the Holy Spirit he said is our helper he said once he told his disciples when I leave

[00:41:09] my father he said my father we're sin you a helper which is the Holy Spirit that discernment

[00:41:20] comes from the Holy Spirit so once you get into his word and start walking with him daily

[00:41:29] thank you for breathing this breath in your body asking him to give you insight asking the Holy Spirit

[00:41:35] your helper to give you insight then he'll come on along and he'll give the increase so you won't be

[00:41:45] receiving anything with joy just because you turned your life over the Christ because you're

[00:41:50] going to be walking at baby steps baby steps then they turned into giant steps remember Abraham was

[00:41:59] counted righteous because he believed everything that God said and we have to get to that because

[00:42:09] there is nothing new under the sun in God's word it's just getting there and we all gotta get there

[00:42:18] we all gotta get there I'm not the same person I was last year I'm not the same person I was the

[00:42:24] year before and the year before that but I'm increase in because God has come along and he's watering me

[00:42:33] he's watering me he's watering me he told us if I can't close the lily and the grass and the

[00:42:40] fuel and the birds and the air how much more can I do for you oh you of little faith he was talking to us

[00:42:49] he was talking to us let your light shine before me and so God your father and heaven can get the glory out of it

[00:43:02] because he said I am a rewarder of those who didn't legally seek me and I may not

[00:43:09] get it today but I know I'm a get it because what he has for me is just for me

[00:43:20] so I'm gonna continue to wait in expectation because God sometimes you know

[00:43:29] he won't know if he can trust you and he might reward you might reward you hand some

[00:43:38] and he does forgive us for everything but the kicker is when he rewards you you're gonna come

[00:43:47] right back along and test you make sure he can still trust you. Tick your eyes on the kingdom of God

[00:44:00] keep your eyes on the kingdom of God we learned that last week when he said in his word

[00:44:11] a man walks in the light the light mean and we walk around in this world

[00:44:21] but we just pass and through we are children of God we just pass and through but keep our mind on

[00:44:29] heavily places we go to work go to school whatever you're doing in your daily life keep your

[00:44:37] mind on heavily places because he also went back and told us a man when he walks around in the dark

[00:44:45] he stumbles he stumbles what did he say when two his disciples when he said that they stumble

[00:44:55] they follow their own heart they follow their own heart that's why we need to always remember

[00:45:08] in our households to put God first and everything that we do go and ask him about that next move

[00:45:15] that you're about to make go and ask him and then start to meditate on his word night and day

[00:45:26] get into his word he'll give you an answer sometimes it'll be quickly and sometimes

[00:45:35] he'll slow roll that day but you will hear from a one way or another peace and blessings to you all
