[00:00:00] Good morning, good morning, good morning everyone.

[00:00:05] Good morning, or should I say good afternoon?

[00:00:08] Let me tell you guys, I have had a morning, I have had a morning, yesterday morning,

[00:00:15] morning aspirations were supposed to get out yesterday morning.

[00:00:20] And in my neck of the woods now in the name of Jesus.

[00:01:41] We thank you this morning for the very breath

[00:01:45] that we're breathing.

[00:01:47] We thank you this morning Father God. Direct our paths. Keep us on the potter's wheel as long as you need to, Father God. Direct our paths. That is lean not to our own understanding but in all of our ways. Acknowledge you, O Lord. Heavenly bless your name. This morning, hallelujah to your name, because you are worthy to be praised, Lord. And we just thank you and we magnify your name this morning. We just lift you up, Lord. And all the things that

[00:04:22] we do, Father God on this day and Aaron saying, separate yourself from among this congregation that I may consume them in a moment. So we left off talking about that. And as we saw the Lord was a man of his words.

[00:05:45] And he did consume them.

[00:06:44] swallow us up also. And if fire came from the Lord and consumed the 250 men who offered incense. And then the Lord

[00:06:50] spoke to Moses and tell Eliezer the son of Aeren the

[00:06:55] priest to pick up the censors out of the blaze for they are

[00:07:01] holy and scatter the fire some You have killed the people of the Lord.

[00:08:22] Now it happened when the congregation had gathered a tone meant for them, for the wrath has gone out from the Lord, the plague has begun. Then Ayran took it as Moses commanded and ran into the midst of the assembly look at things. It teaches me as well. Now Tony Evans says in his commentary, Numbers chapter 16, verse 31 through 40,

[00:11:02] what followed was a terrifying scene of serves as witness that humans can be

[00:12:22] to nacious in their willingness to deny the behalf and they still complained. Food, they didn't want the sweet bread, we complain and we grumble. And God bless us over and over and

[00:15:01] over again. And we'll remember and hold on to everything that he's working out. He's working it out for our good. And as my seasoned Christians would say you. So here God goes again. Tired of the complaining.

[00:19:01] As Moses was, first you complain against Moses, then you complain against Aaron. all the house of Levi had sprouted and put forth buds and produced blossoms and healed ripe almonds. Then Moses brought out all the rods from before the Lord to all the children of Israel and

[00:20:20] they looked and each man took his rod. to keep having to say the same thing to people over and over again. To hear the same complaints over and over again. You know guys, I think that for me, if I would have seen us can look inside of our circles and still find people mumbling and complaining and mumbling and grumbling

[00:23:00] about things that's going on right now today. a bit me that didn't make it through the pandemic, that didn't escape COVID, that didn't lose my life. Afraid, alone, but nobody but the doctors and the nurses. Not to meet people that you're familiar

[00:25:28] possessions. And you still complain to where is God sent a plague. And here go, Aaron, the very one that they were

[00:25:33] complaining about, Aaron and Moses. Here go, Aaron, Moses

[00:25:39] instructed Aaron, go make a torment for these people. And In a coin in a cloud before them by day in a ball of fire by night trust me I Didn't bring you out of Egypt to forsake you Trust me have faith That your god because I consider you my children he called him his firstborn sons But the awareness of what you're doing in that moment, it'll make you not want to go back and do or say the same thing that you did or said before.

[00:28:23] Just think about it. or maybe something that can't be fixed. So his grace and mercy, it means everything to me because he doesn't have to do it and he does. So it does mean everything to me. And I try to be mindful of that on a daily basis

[00:29:46] about his grace and his mercy. is readily available. He's always readily available. I've known some people in my life, and I've even done it to only call out to God when we're in trouble. We know God then, but we'll walk around the whole time online, I'm belong to a church, I don't belong to

[00:31:01] religion, I don't belong to this, I don't belong to that. But it's not your job to take away what I believe in my joy, my peace. It may not become your peace. But as disciples for God.

[00:32:24] And as my auntie would say, little many Jesuses,

[00:32:28] our job is to tell you our testimony. God provided them with everything they needed for that time, that time. And we always have to go back to what God says about not worrying about tomorrow. And tomorrow is the next day that happened before this one, that 60 seconds, that 30

[00:33:40] seconds, that five seconds.

[00:33:42] What can you do in this moment right here? As we approach Wednesday, which is tomorrow, as I was a day late in the dollar short with this one today, as we approach Wednesday, we'll get into in August and I will be announcing this from here to August on St. Paul outreach, sinners, second annual leadership conference.

[00:36:25] August 9th and 10th is a Friday and a Saturday.
