[00:16:20] opinion. But you know, we say problems. I go through something area of the week. I just left the chiropractor. That's why I'm late getting my morning inspirations out here lately. I'm back to three days a week. Physical therapy chiropractor.

[00:17:44] Running, trying to get my body to do what it used to do. is doing a new thing in me. And I welcome and embrace it. Shifting all things in my life. Shifting all things in my life for his glory, not for my glory, but for his faith. You'll begin to see that God is a reward, a rewarder of those who diligently seek him.
